Why meditate?

Why meditate?
Ever felt tired, bored, confused , angry, sad, depressed or just blank.
I bet you did.

Unless we all sit down to resolve our own minds it will forever be in a treacherous place of anger, envy, hatred , frustration and unhappiness.Did you ever question the place of birth of any act of violence or extreme human behaviours? It was right inside a human mind.

It is impossible to not experience bad feelings or negative emotions. But if we never filter them or release them they will always come out at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Just like your body needs a home a resting place , a little bit of care; your mind too deserves a refuge. Meditation gives you that refuge.

It's a quite place.
In silence there is wisdome and focus.
Meditation is easy unlike what most people think.

It is the art of doing nothing and being blissful
Because there is a source of limitless happiness inside your mind. The challenge is to experience it and access it everytime you are overwhelmed.

That is why millions of people are starting to experience this divine source of power right inside their own minds. And once they experience it they never want to seek answers elsewhere.

So are you ready to try this holy pilgrimage, not outside to far away lands but inside yourself?
